Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Owner never sent me instructions to enter the building. The first VRBO agent confirmed this. I arrived at 12:30am to find out there was no lobby and no one to open the main door. The building was locked and there were homeless folks roaming the street. I asked VRBO Agent to located the owner to get me in. The first agent connected me to the owner, told he told me to wait 5 minutes so someone can get me the keys. Awfully unprofessional not to just leave a lockbox. No one came with keys, so called VRBO again, Agent #2 tried again with the owner. I waited until 2:00am until VRBO finally gave up with the owner and helped me rebooked at another hotel. **Owner —I hope you read this review and refund me my money. You broke contract by denying me entry. You cause harm to me and my family. **VRBO — likewise, I hope you refund me my money, the owner broke contract.
