Great location. Less than a 5 minute walk from a grocery store and cafe. As well as a less than 5 minute walk to a bus/tram stop and subway station. Beds were comfortable. The room itself was super hot and took forever to bring to a comfortable temperature. It was in the high 80s-90s when we were there. There were 2 small fans in closest. They didn’t even. Make a dent in the temperature. We went out and bought a bigger fan.

The apartment was clean and the neighborhood was nice. However, the street it is on is not the best. There were scuffs on the table and stains on the couch, which made it feel less cleanly than it was. My biggest complaint is that the apartment was hot during the day, so to cool it down, we had to open the windows (no big deal), but there was constantly people smoking right in front of the building which meant that our apartment frequently smelled of smoke.

Þetta stúdíó er á afar hentugum stað fyrir okkur þegar við heimsækjum fjölskylduna í Ósló, aðeins 3ja mínútna gangur. Staðsetning er líka góð að öðru leyti, stutt í flybussen, kjörbúðir og veitingastaði. Frábært útsýni úr íbúðinni og aðbúnaður þar býsna góður. Þessi fimm nátta dvöl var afar ánægjuleg.

Vi hadde et bra opphold, bortsett fra siste natta da det var full fest i en leilighet og mye støy fra musikk og festdeltakere i gangen frem til langt over midnatt Ellers var leiligheten fin og helt topp til våre behov.

Great value for money apartment

Great vfm small apartment in Oslo. 2 minute walk to tram/bus links to centre, 17 into centre. Download Ruter app, a must, will keep you right regarding travel. Below building is tandoori, Chinese, kebab takeaway and sit in for the Indian, too. Lots of places to buy food shopping, so close. Down side of this - corridors to apartment strong smell of cooking. People talking/laughing below can be slightly annoying, but nothing too bad. The apartment is bijou. 2 tiny bedrooms, but very comfortable and clean. Don’t be taken in by the photos in adverts for the apartment, in reality, very dark and little light, the corridors are not light at all, but automatically come on, with movement. The bathroom, small. The toilet, don’t do what we did, it took us 24 hours before we realised the shower doors move! Don’t use the toaster in the kitchen, the alarm will go off. Learning the hard way, used in the bedroom! Good communication if you have any issues, they do want you to enjoy your stay. Overall, loved it. Washing machine, dishwasher (tablets provided), great cutlery, random amounts of crockery and cups/glasses, but it was fine. Would book again.

Cheap solution

We booked this for a 3 day weekend. It is lying a bit from the city center and the neighborhood seemed a bit on the not charming side. But can not recognize what other wrote about feeling unsafe. The apartment is okay, not anything special – it was clean and all, so okay. We did not use he kitchen, but would not call it a full stocked kitchen. We only need a scissor for a band aid and this was not part of it. The apartment is lying to a street with heavy traffic and also the public tram that drives all night. The windows are not soundproof and could not close correctly, so the wind was blowing in. The heating in the apartment with the curtains kept it warm, so no problem. But the sound made of 3 nights with very little sleep. Also our internet and the remotes to the TV did not work, so this meant that we could not Chromecast or anything. The company could first help Monday where we anyway left. But okay you do not go on vacation to see TV. All in all okay for the money, but would not do it again.

Terrible customer service.. unsafe, guests smoking inside, fighterdogs running around in the hallway. Complained at check in and when complaining on check out i had to talk to 3 diffrent people and still noone could file a complaint. I had my family over from sweden with young kids. Neighbours were dealing drugs and smoked weed in the hallway while a fighter dog ran towards the kids and into our room. Fine, the staff cant control it since its unmanned but they can make sure that the doors to the hallway locks and be polite when taking complaints. Got offered 10% on my next visit... what a joke.. Spend ur money elsewhere

appartement payé pour 5 personnes: 3 chaises pour s'asseoir, une petite table et 4 verres pour boire ! !!! salon , salle, cuisine sans fenêtre alors que les photos de ma réservation montrent un séjour très lumineux. pas un porte manteaux dans l'entrée pour accrocher ses vêtements et le comble il faut ouvrir la porte de la douche et monter dedans pour pouvoir s'asseoir sur les toilettes !!!
