Check in and check out were smooth, room was clean. Around 10p my room started smelling strongly of smoke - my guess was that someone in a neighboring room might have been smoking? Unsure. The smell came and went. Unfortunate considering everything else about my stay was wonderful.

All we t great. Ea check in and check out. Felt very safe. Many stores, restaurants, and the center of town in walking distance. Wifi and TV had pretty good Smart TV. Had Non problem. The apartment was well equipped It was perfect for me 😁

Very convenient location near the central station and plenty of supermarkets nearby. Desk clerk was nice and quite helpful. Quite satisfactory kitchen and the balcony was a bonus. A few sachets of coffee andtea maybe a small milk in the fridge would have been helpful. There was a dishwasher but with only minimal crockery they should supply a tea towel

Room was ok for short stay. Everything worked & was clean. Softer chair cushions/ would be nice. Decor a bit dark for small room . But on the whole suitable for a short stay & a balcony. Felt a bit uneasy out localy, particularly around back of bus station & immediately side streets, few drug deals happening etc. But short walk to harbour area.

Close to the Station

Room was ok, but only two sets of cutlery etc. meant you were using the dishwasher too much. The area is very multicultural which may feel threatening to some travellers and needs to be borne in mind. We found it ok but others may not. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location near the railway station with lots of public transport options.

Great accommodation for a few nights, easy check in process and had good facilities. The property isn’t in the nicest of areas and it was a little out of the way of the main attractions.

The balcony and view was great, however we got very rude and noisy next-door guests which was really uncomfortable; even after our asking to be less noisy, they continued until late. Also, there was no shampoo or bodywash, make sure u take them w/u. But location was great, not so great surrounding.

Communication was incredible when I wanted to extend my stay. Very close within walking distance to everything including restaurants & grocery. Being a single woman travelling alone I felt very safe. I definitely recommend!

It was a last minute booking of this hotel, however, no regret. Everything in this hotel was ok from check in until check out. The studio is small but very comfy and fully equipped with what you need. The location was amazing in the heart of Oslo city centre accessible to different stores, restaurants, groceries and near shopping centres. The main train station and most of attraction places are within walking distance. I highly recommend this property for everyone.

Women watch out, sketchy men!

The hotel itself was cosy with no noise. Great room BUT be warned if you are a woman, this area is very sketchy and we did not feel safe to leave the apartment once it was dark outside. Groups of young men loitered around outside and make comments/give weird stares. We wish we would have known about this before booking as safety is a top priority for us and we had to rearrange our plans to ensure we would not be out at dark. We also had to do detours to get back to avoid particulate seedy areas like the closest park.

I booked Forenom because it is an apartment hotel, rooms have a kitchen and i planned to self cater. However the microwave in my room was faulty. It was replaced on the morning that i left. I had bought frozen meals to cook, but as i was unable to use the microwave, i therefore ate out, and thus the meals were thrown away. Also, in this era of cyber crime and identity theft, i felt uncomfortable about the information that had to be shared in order to gain the entry code. To me, the hotel was well positioned. It was easy to walk to the centre and to nearby shopping. Apart from the inconvenience of the microwave, my room was very comfortable. The luggage storage availability was also very useful. My communication score was average, not because of the staff I encountered, who were extremely helpful and friendly. It was just that the desk was not always manned, so communication was through automated phone calls. I personally found it too clinical and impersonal. It was something one had to get used to. Having said that, the hotel was very competitive price wise, so I would stay there again (hopefully with a working microwave).
