"I cannot say enough about how wonderful my stay was with the Palace Hotell. The staff was so kind and helpful, and the rooms and hotel were gorgeous. Dinner and breakfast are included and the food was absolutely incredible. They even provided gluten free bread for my breakfast, knowing I had asked about dinner and if it was gluten free. I hope I can come stay again, every hotel should look to their example. "

"The staff did not care to assist me in any way. My sofa bed was not made up. They asked me to open it myself, telling me the linens, pillows and the towels are all already inside. When I asked if the sheets and everything was new or has been sitting around inside the bed for a while , the answer I was given was “ I think so, I don’t know”. I asked if housekeeping can come to take care of this and was told they don’t do that. I wouldn’t trust the cleanliness of these sheets or pillows. When the sofa bed was opened, everything was so wrinkled and looked very unkempt. Not a pleasant look or a comfortable sleep sensation. Poorly done. "

"It was a converted Post office building that retained a lot of the old elements like "kakelungn" fire plase. Very charming."
