"Love the hotel. One block from the canal and one block from the shopping street. There’s an onsen in the hotel but it could get crowded at certain times. Overall, love the hotel and can’t wait to be back."

"New hotel, 1. great Location where you can walk to Otaru’s main tourist attractions, 2. Breakfast were excellent! 3. Laundry: Room TV shows how minutes left for each Laundry unit to finish, so it was super helpful to manage the timing for Landry chore. Little disappointment were, 1. no luggage rack!?! ..."
