Very nice property that’s well-maintained with spacious rooms and many supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. We really appreciated that we could bring our dogs :)
I would highly recommend this location. The house was just as advertised! It was very clean & every room was very nicely decorated! The house had a very comfortable & cozy atmosphere, too. My family would definitely stay there, again!
This was a great place to land while visiting family in the area - it's a plus that it was just 3 minutes to New Moon Coffee! The beds were very comfortable, and there were lots of extra throw blankets and even a weighted blanket, which our kids appreciated! Thanks David for a great place!
My family stayed at this VRBO last year & had such a great time we booked it again this summer! The house is clean, nicely decorated & located in a very nice & quiet neighborhood.
The lake near the property is absolutely beautiful! Nice walking paths for an evening stroll or a morning jog!
Everything is literally right down the road from this spacious and beautiful property. We were in town for a family wedding and found this to be the perfect accommodation! The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and so clean. David was available and quick in his communication for the duration in our stay. 10/10 would recommend!
Our weekend went smoothly. Host provided check in information and easily entered the home. We were very pleased. The house was inviting and the rooms were all supplied with comfortable bedding. Home very comfortably can sleep 10. All the necessities were available. I would definately stay here again!
We were in town for a fundraiser, the place was clean and certainly spacious as we had 10 guys staying there. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The only downfall was a shared driveway (not used to that but looked to be commmon) and with a van, pick-up and a dually the parking was pretty tight for the 3 vehicle allowance.
This house suited 9 people well. It was very cleaned and gave room to spread out. Had a few cosmetic issues but overall was very nice. We used it as a home base for Lifest held at the fairgrounds. It was nearly a strait shot less than 10 minutes away.
Do not be scared off by the shared drive way it was plant wide for us to park 3 vehicles including 3 SUV’s. One of with was an Expedition.
I would definitely book again.
We were two couples in town for an impromptu three-day getaway. We chose the house due to its location and the fact that it had more than one bathroom. This is a large, older home that has a shared driveway, which was fine for the one car we had. The home is charming and well decorated. The window treatments, however, were very sheer, which did not provide much privacy.
Upon our arrival there was a minor issue of a load of laundry left in the washer that we had to transfer to the dryer and a keurig pod left in the machine we had to dispose of.
My husband and I slept well in a very comfortable bed. Our friends in the next room had a different story when the bed they were sleeping in collapsed onto the floor due to a faulty bed frame. They were able to move to another room, albeit having a smaller sized bed.
Despite the issues David was wonderful to work with and communicated very promptly.
WIFI was weak for tv. Couldn't watch anything without a lot of buffering. We had to use our hotspots to watch any tv. Upper bunk beds would be for real small people when planning sleeping arrangements. Tbis house was perfect for our needs
Everything worked out very well with this property. David was excellent to work with and communication was perfect. We would definitely consider this property again if we make a return visit to Lake Winnebago
The house was great. Parking was a bit of a challenge. We learned that you can register your car online and park on the street. The driveway is narrow and we had larger vehicles. We really enjoyed our stay!!
It served its purpose. No real complaints other than outdoor cleanliness wasn't the greatest. Cigarette butts all over, not the end of the world. I would go back
Owner was responsive and communicative.
Property was clean including dishes and flatware. Soap, shampoo, detergents, dish soap all provided along with basic cooking supplies.
This is an older home that has seen additions and renovations so while clean, it has age. The HVAC system struggled mightily to keep up with a hot day, the upstairs where the three main bedrooms are was quite warm.
The downstairs was perfectly comfortable.
The owner provided more then enough fans to compensate for the hot second floor.
Would recommend this property we ENJOYED OUR visit and the owner was very helpful and considerate in accommodating our needs.
