Our daughter was to participate in Special Olympics but she got sick. We tried to cancel the room at the 25 hour mark but we were too late. They refused to issue a refund, but insisted that we cancel so they can resell the room and get paid twice for it. Not happy at all.

This hotel looks good upon arrival. It’s clean and relatively quiet. Breakfast is nice, although exactly the same every day. Down side is housekeeping is limited daily unless requested, but no mention of this is made or I see posted. They charge to use the safe, which I’ve never experienced. Overall it’s an Economy hotel in Oshkosh Wisconsin.
