"This is more of an overnight stay than a hotel. In poor condition, not clean carpets, bad breakfast with stale bread, broken coffee machine, joinery falling apart. Nice but not professional staff. That the rating of this place of accommodation has such high ratings, shows more how poorly Hotels.com controls the ratings given. Rating 9.6 on this place of accommodation does not correspond to reality and is misleading."

"The location of Classic Hotel is little off the centre of Osh. The hotel is clean and well maintained, front desk staff are really helpful for giving information, booking a taxi ride. The breakfast is better than he average. Will stay again if visit Osh next."
