Oscoda Hilltop Haven - Great Location near Beach and Downtown! Pet-Friendly with New Central A/C!

  • This is a very cute and comfy home that is located in a great location just a few blocks from downtown Oscoda, the beautiful Au Sable River, and incredible Lake Huron. It's decorated n a fun retro / vintage style and is very cozy. Includes new central air conditioning, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, streaming television, and a private bonfire ring outside! Family-friendly and dog-friendly! Great for walking to river, downtown, the beach, and Lake Huron!


    GUEST INTERACTION:

    We have a local property manager that is available to address any issues.


    NEIGHBORHOOD:

    The home is located in the downtown residential district of Oscoda, just 3 blocks from downtown.


    GUEST ACCESS:

    Guests have access to the entire house. Note that the basement is unfinished though and the only use that guests would have for the basement is for using the washer and dryer.


    THE SPACE:

    The home is decorated in a fun and cozy vintage / retro style throughout. It has a lot of cute little quirks and personal touches.


    TRANSIT:

    It is highly recommended that guests have their own vehicle.


    PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

    All of the bedrooms are on the second floor. There are no bedrooms on the main floor.
