"The house is very clean and redone on the inside and looks nice. Furniture is comfortable and clean. Outside the house and porch and dock and furniture are unusable. Its disgusting and dirty and covered in bird poop... a lot of poop. The driveway is a nightmare and something that definitely should ..."

"We celebrated our daughters 25th birthday at Twin Cypress on False River. Emmett was a great host and readily available when needed. Had a great time in a clean comfortable home.
"We rented to attend an engagement party. We had adult children and grandchildren staying with us. The home was spacious and clean. The furniture was up to date and the beds were firm but comfortable. We loved the dock and BBQ grill. We had a great time."
