" Na plus: - Baseny. - Restauracja à la carte (polecam dziczyznę!). - Piękne widoki. - Obsługa, która się bardzo stara; jednak procedury i praktyki wychodzą „od góry”. Robią na tyle dobrze, na ile zostali przeszkoleni. Bardzo miła obsługa. Minusy: - Ciężkie drzwi do pokoju — niebezpieczne dla małych dzieci. - W bawialni KIDS CLUB sprzątane jest raz dziennie. Dodatkowo wieczorem temperatura powietrza i zapach były… brak miłych słów, żeby to opisać… - Room service działa do północy, co oznacza, że od północy do rana nic nie zjemy w hotelu. - Rano kawy można się napić w lobby barze — oczywiście, jeśli będzie ktoś z obsługi. Jeśli nie, polecam poprosić na recepcji, żeby kogoś podesłali. - Pokoje (w moim przypadku typ Superior) mają dobrze wygłuszoną sypialnię, ale bardzo źle — pokój „główny”; jeśli ktoś zamierza tam spać, musi się liczyć z tym, że usłyszy wszystkie hałasy z korytarza, a na pewno poczuje każde trzaśnięcie potężnych drzwi z innych pokoi. - Windy są powolne i jest ich zdecydowanie za mało; przy większym obłożeniu hotelu pozostają schody. - W pomieszczeniu ARCADE większość urządzeń była nieprzyjemnie zabrudzona (zakładam, że czyszczone są tak często jak bawialnia — lub nigdy). - Na basenie kilkukrotnie zwracano obsłudze uwagę, że „odpadają małe kafelki” i powstają ostre krawędzie. Nie zostało to ani naprawione, ani odpowiednio zabezpieczone. - W KIDS CLUB jedne drzwi pozwalają wyjść na klatkę schodową, bez możliwości powrotu. Co oznacza, że jak dziecko wyjdzie tam "

"Great place to stay."

"I was surprised this hotel was not full during our stay. It seemed a great value to me, and the decor featuring extensive wood carving was impressive. Of course we were there during the shoulder season in mid September so that may explain fewer guests. The room opened to the hotel back, so it was quiet. With the window open, you will hear the sounds of the nearby river, which helped me sleep. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the bed was good. The bathroom had a shower (no tub), with quality towels although I believe the towel warmer was not working, or maybe user error. The dinner menu included wild boar and deer cooked five different ways. Mine was excellent. Three of the four hotel staff we met spoke functional English and all were pleasant and helpful, especially “Yanni”. Motorcycle parking was safely behind the hotel and free. Overall, the hotel was a good value and quirky-unique. There is an astonishing trophy room, deer-antlered lighting, paintings, and displayed collections of butterflies and insects. Great attention to detail where animal motifs are concerned. I really liked it all. I would recommend the hotel leave more lights on. I am not used to corridor lighting on a timer where I have to find the switch in the dark at the top of the stairs. Other than that annoyance I recommend the hotel. "
