I LOVE THE CONVENIENCE OF THIS CONDO TO ALL THE LAKE ACTIVITIES. OSAGE BEACH IS WHERE YOU WANT TO BE. 10% discount on weekly rental. Cook all your meals on the new Blackstone Grill while watching the lake activities. Stainless appliances, 4 Flat Screens (small bedroom set up for Netflix only). Master suite has KING Bed, 2nd bedroom has QUEEN and TWIN bed, 3rd bedroom also has a QUEEN. Master walks out to the deck. NEWER HVAC. The LEDGES is a highly desirable place to stay and family friendly. 5-10 minutes to anywhere you want to go. Red Head, Margaritaville, Shorty Pants, Dog Days, Back Water Jacks, Wobbly Boots, the new Oasis project being built and many other dining options within 10 min drive. Hospital 5 min away. Golf, waterpark, mini-golf, go-cart tracks. 10 min to the strip area. YMCA is close by and has pickleball courts, swimming, etc. Day passes available. Ledges offers a sandy beach for the kids with pool nearby plus a 2nd pool on the point. Very comfortable queen blowup mattress for 8th and 9th person. NO PETS. NO SMOKING INSIDE OR ON DECK PLEASE. Super comfortable beds and nice bedding. I've tried to think of everything for your comfort. Located on the 21.5 mile marker. (Attachments include a subdivision map.) No trailer parking. State Park PB 2 nearby for boat ramp and parking. 2 cars are permitted to park on first two parking levels with permit tag displayed in front window. Additional vehicles may park on 3rd level without a permit tag.
