Ride the elevator to the penthouse level of this immaculate, beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom, 1700 square foot, luxury waterfront condo with unobstructed breathtaking views in one of the best locations at the lake. This recently renovated top-level corner unit in a quiet cove features abundant natural light to take in the panoramic views of the quiet cove and action in the main channel. This ultimate lake house offers gleaming hardwood floors throughout, a recently remodeled kitchen that opens to the great room featuring quartz countertops, mosaic backsplash, breakfast bar, dining nook, and a great room with cozy couches for 8 people. A large TV and cozy fireplace complete the main living area. The spacious master suite offers breathtaking lake views, high vaulted ceilings, and an elegant bathroom with jetted spa tub, separate shower, and dual sinks. The second full bathroom has been remodeled with quartz countertops. A spacious deck offers unobstructed, panoramic 240-degree views, plus a ceiling fan, BBQ, and large dining table for 8 for alfresco dining or enjoying a glass of wine while you take in all the action on the lake

This is one of the best locations on the lake located at the 19-mile marker. Walking distance to Dog Days pool bar and grill and close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, boat rentals, parasail rides, arcades, popular events and more!

Also available for rent is a covered boat slip (16’ X 40’) plus a PWC slip with a lift. The Fountainview complex offers a beautiful lakeside pool to refresh on those hot summer afternoons. Bring your boats, and PWCs and enjoy one of the nicest condos at the lake!

You will have access to the whole space. It is a private condo and no other guests will have access. You will be able to use a private washer and dryer, private patio, and all spaces in the condo. There is a shared unit pool that all guests have access to.

Perfect location on the Lake of the Ozarks!

We have stayed several places at LOTO and would have to say, this was one of our favorites! Very clean, up to date condo with a nice size dock for our boat as well. My only suggestion would be to have a regular coffee pot available. The keurig worked, but I had to go buy k-cups. All in all though it was a great stay!

New favorite!

We have been visiting the lake with our young family for over 12 years and the past 3 years with another family. The 9 of us found Sunset Dream to be by far the best!! The amenities of the complex was great. Very clean and easy to navigate. We enjoyed the smaller complex that made it very easy to get to our boat slip or the pool. The location itself is perfect as it’s near plenty of attractions by boat or land. The condo was awesome. Very comfortable for 5 kids to share 1 bedroom with the spacious bunk beds. The master suite was huge! Made it easy for the family of 5 to keep their belongings and share the large bathroom. The kitchen was perfect. Had all the right QUALITY pans, utensils and cookware. We enjoy cooking breakfasts in our condo and packing lunches before we hit the lake for the day. This condo had absolutely everything we needed! The washer and dryer were also very large and very helpful to do periodic loads of beach towels as needed. Lastly, the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed morning coffee together and there was more than enough space for everyone to sit and gather together. The sunsets were spectacular as well. I will definitely revisit this location!
