Had both upper and lower living spaces. Fit 12 people comfortably. Walking distance to black water jacks and close proximity to boat rental. Would recommend to anyone with a big party.

We stayed here for a bachelorette trip with a group of 13 ladies and overall had a great experience.The location was perfect—being right next to Backwater Jacks was a huge plus. There was plenty of sleeping space exactly as described in the listing, and the beds were very comfortable.There were a few things that could be improved for future guests: adding shower mats for stepping out of the shower, addressing the mosquito problem on the back side of the house (the back door frame was lined with dead mosquitos), and making trash disposal easier—the dumpster is located up a steep hill, which means either a climb or a trip in the car. I was also surprised to find that the downstairs isn’t accessible from the main level inside the house; this wasn’t mentioned in the listing. It worked fine for our group of adults but might be less convenient for families.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return, especially if a few small updates were made!
