Small getaway

More than impressed with the house. The seating and sleeping arrangements are amazing. Most comfortable mattresses we have had at a rental thus far. The dock and hot tub are beyond. Will certainly rent again.

Great lake house; perfect layout for a nice family weekend!

The house is well laid out and stocked with everything you might need. Location was perfect; our kids had a great time fishing and kayaking. The cove was quiet and safe but close to everything. Boat and jet ski rentals at Margaritaville were easy & convenient. We did not end up using the pools but all the facilities looked very nice. Beds were comfortable and the showers had good pressure. Overall, just a darling little lake house with everything you need.

Perfect Lake Getaway

Our family had the best time! What a great way to finish summer! We had 6 adults, 3 kids. The rooms were perfectly set up for our families. The house was clean with everything you could need. Beach towels ✔️, laundry detergent ✔️, charcoal✔️. The swimming dock is amazing! So much room to hang out, eat, sleep, etc. Our kids had a blast, so much that we hardly left the house. The cove was almost deserted until the weekend and our kids were safe swimming for hours. Great to have the view of the main channel though! Cannot say enough about this place! Thank you for a wonderful stay and a ton of memories!

Week at the Lake

Well appointed house on the lake. Quiet neighborhood during the week. Lovely property. Fantastic dock. Quiet protected cove. The cove is nice for swimming and kayaking.The house has everything you'll need for a relaxing week.

The house was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here! The house was very clean The kitchen was fully stocked. The deck was very nice yo see the lake and the dock was great for swimming. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of room to spread out. The beds were very comfortable. It is in a great location. Don't pass this house up. It was perfect!!!

Fantastic Stay for my Bachelor Party

We had a fantastic time at Osage beach! Joni was terrific as she actually mailed an item we forgot at the house back to us. It was a marvelous weekend and one we won’t forget

The host was incredibly responsive and kind. The property is beautiful and very well appointed. We did not want for anything during our stay. The view is amazing and the hosts have thought of every detail to make our stay warm and memorable. 5+ stars.

Family getaway

This home is exactly what it appears to be. The owners were very responsive to the few questions we had. Home was immaculate and well equipped with everything we needed. The dock was outstanding and many fish were caught right off the dock. Access to the pools and other amenities was a total bonus! If we come to Ozarks again, we would definitely stay here if available!! Thank you to the owners!!!

All we wanted in a vacation rental!

The house had everything we could have possibly wanted or needed. The dock was great and my kids really enjoyed the swimming and kayaks. Loved being able to use the amenities at Margaritaville too! The house was definitely fully equipped and we for sure over packed! Super clean. By far the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. Get ready to relax!

All we could’ve wanted and more!

This was the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at. The host really thought of everything. The home was lovely and the dock was amazing! My kids loved the kayaks! At night we enjoyed the hot tub and the solo stove. Loved that we could also use the amenities at Margaritaville. The only thing we needed and I’m sure it’s only because we couldn’t locate it was a grill brush. If you are looking for the perfect relaxation vacation this is the rental you want!

Great place to stay close to Margaritaville Conferences!

Wish we could stay longer and take advantage of the amenities available at this house. We attended a conference at Margaritaville, and this gave 3 of us ample room and comfort as well as privacy. We all could see this as a wonderful family vacation spot. I just wish we'd been able to spend more time here instead of a windowless exhibit hall all day!! We didn't need to contact the property manager for anything. The only thing to note for future clients is watch the temperature on the heating/cooling units. We had heat seat on very low as it was cold in the morning, but when one of us returned it was extremely warm in the unit--the living room unit may need an adjustment or replacement. Beds were comfortable, baths well appointed. Excellent stay!

Cute, clean, comfortable, and convenient location!

This house was perfect for our two families of 4 to share. The property manager was very friendly and very quick to respond to any questions! The house was stocked with all the essentials like towels, soap, paper towels, etc. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own full bath. To clarify from the listing, two of the bedrooms are up just a few stairs from the first floor, and the third bedroom (1 King & bunk bed) was up on a higher floor. Beds and pillows are comfortable, plus extra blankets throughout the house. Lot's of stairs at this property, but it wasn't an issue for us. There is laundry, but VERY small units that held maybe 4 towels. This portion of the lake is perfect for kids to kayak safely and hang out on the huge dock! Deck was larger than we thought, with table for 8, fire pit with more chairs, and hot tub for 4. Convenient location to amenities at Margaritaville, and Osage Beach area. It was a great stay!
