Memorial Day Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at this cute home for a memorial weekend getaway. The screened in back porch is an awesome area for morning coffee and evening drinks!

We had a great time spent our evenings at your home having dinner and sitting on the screened-in porch! We also took a day and went to haha Tonka Park and enjoyed the castle ruins.

Beautiful Property

Enjoyed a relaxing long weekend here. Beautiful view on the cozy screened in porch. Comfortable beds and all equipped kitchen. Loved staying here and the property owners are very nice to work with. I would highly recommend staying here! I hope to come back again someday.

October stay- Nestled in trees, good view of the lake from the screened in porch and quiet community says it all about this lake house. We enjoyed the cool weather and fishing.

Slice of Paradise!

Great stay ! House was clean, beds were comfortable, quiet area, great location! We had 2 young kids (4,5) a 12 year old, and 87 year old. This was a great layout for my grandmother - no steps ! The screened in patio was our favorite for an evening snack and reading a book Loved it!

Staying at Margaritaville Tan-Tar-A Estates

This was a wonderful property! Nice and clean, roomy, and very comfortable! Beautiful views of the lake! The only issues were superficial. Leaves had blown onto the front stoop and had to be swept away from the door so we wouldn't track them all in. There was no lightbulb in the porch light on the back deck. But overall, a great place!

Great lake house!

My husband, me, my sister and her husband stayed for three nights at this lake house. It was perfect for 4 people! The bedrooms were on opposite sides, each with its own bathroom. It was 10 minutes away from Margaritaville where there was plenty of activities to do. We will go back again.

Thanksgiving with the Family!

Our family has spent Thanksgiving at the lake for over 10 years. Family comes from all over the country and as we grow in size we have had to add a second home to accommodate everyone. We bring a full Thanksgiving meal and spend time together catching up and playing games! Best time ever!!’

Immaculate house cleaning! Beds were very comfortable and screened in deck is very inviting. Everything we needed. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would have been great because weather was in the 90’s. Pretty difficult driving in & out; we were constantly turning the wrong way so we had several “tours” of Margaritaville.😘

So relaxing

I was there for a conference in the fall. Every evening I spent out in the covered porch with fire pit and hanging lights. Amazing view of the water and gorgeous fall colors. It’s not the easiest to get to because of resort but incredibly worth it! My family would have loved it and there’s so much more room to it.

Very Convenient Location with Good Layout

Access was easy, location convenient, and amenities as stated. The size and layout of the property worked well for two couples. Each bedroom has a private full bath so that was a plus. I know the property is for sale but it needs some updates and the carpet needs to be cleaned or removed and replaced with a hard surface. Check-in and check-out were effortless. If you go before winter take some wasp spray and a flyswatter. The wasps like the screened-in porch too!

Screened Porch

We loved the house and spent all out time on the back screened porch. Everything was perfect. Only problem was the entry gates. Would not open for our motorcycles and with the SUV too. We would come back. Thank you.

This special spot made us fall in love with Lake of the Ozarks!

What a lovely, cozy cottage this is! We travelled with our 19 and 8 yo sons. I was a little worried we wouldn’t have enough room, but that was an unfounded concern. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the living spaces are also roomy and the screened in porch was a wonderful space to visit, play cards and relax. The pools in the neighborhood were perfect for cooling off on hotter days. We rented a boat at the resort marina and enjoyed the day on the water. The kitchen is well equipped, plenty of towels for bathing, we brought our beach towels for swimming and boating. This trip has lead us to plan two more, we just fell in love with this area. Thank you Keith & Tiffany for a fantastic stay! We look forward to returning!!

Margaritaville in February

Overall it was a nice place. My wife and I came down for work and to possibly rent it long term. The long term unfortunately fell through. Had we known we wouldn't have rented it. But the stay itself was fine. The shower in the main bath was broken but we just used the spare bathroom. House is older but decorated very nicely. There are some updates in the bathrooms and such. WiFI worked well since my wife works at home this was a must. Great view of the lake. Parking is a minimum. I have a big truck and had to park sideways to fit. It is a pretty good drive to the main road and margaritaville in comparison to some of the other places. Overall it is a nice place and I would recommend it. Just disappointed the long term didn't work out. Also when we were there the house was For Sale at the time. Thanks and enjoy.
