No boat or trailer parking and only 4 parking spots in front of garage, no street parking. All other parking must be at the nearby Knolls resort parking area.

PET POLICY:
-Pets must be potty trained, under 25 pounds, and current on all vaccinations.
-Pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a kennel.
-If pets are left unattended in the home outside of a kennel, it may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
-Pets must be leashed at all times when outside in the community.
-No excessive barking or noise is allowed.
-Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste on the exterior of the property.
-Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by pet hair, accidents on floors or furniture, or any other damage.
-A daily pet fee of $75 per pet applies.


No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Events: Weddings, corporate events, bachelor, and bachelorette gatherings are permitted only with prior approval and a signed event agreement.
Minimum Age: Primary renter must be 25 years or older.
Occupancy: The home sleeps up to 30 guests, and all guests must be registered prior to arrival.
