Cozy sunrise suite at waters edge

Come and enjoy this beautiful waterfront suite at the 38 MM on the west side of Lake of The Ozark’s. ( It is on the same property as my other VRBO Whiskey Barrel Bunkhouse) This is a one bedroom, one bath that sleeps six with a queen size bed and a hide a bed in the bedroom and a futon in the sunroom. It has great swimming in a no wake cove with lots of outdoor seating on and around a private martini deck. Enjoy the awesome sunsets from the mom-and-pop rockers on the side patio. Relax on the dock sitting area while taking in the cool breeze off the water. Take a soak in the private hot tub just outside the door off the martini deck and enjoy the Bear Bottoms Saturday night fireworks show. Fantastic views from every room and every outdoor area.

Lakefront Recreation
Enjoy the two paddle boards, two kayaks, paddle boat, floatie noodles, saddles and the 16-foot Lily Pad.
Boat trailer parking is no problem. It has room on the side of our dock for a boat up to 40’. The boat dock with bumpers and tie-offs is free of charge with suite rental. The three-well dock is shared with the other rental and ourselves. A boat ramp is located in at 27 Lighthouse Marina Rd. 38MM Three minutes away. All roads are paved leading into our rental and boat ramp area.

Interior Amenities
Suite has a full kitchen and there is a gas grill on the deck. There are two televisions, (with Hulu and Netflix) two indoor sitting areas and one indoor dining table. Enjoy your morning coffee while working remote, (yes, we have Wi-Fi) There is 3/4 of an almost all level acre here, (no long steep stairs) with a gradual concrete walk to your private entrance.

Other Fun Things To Do While You’re Here
Come swim, fish, float, grill, cook, or visit all the favorite restaurants the west side has to offer. Make smores and hotdogs at the waters’ edge firepit. Bring your fishing pole, life jackets and gear. There is plenty of seating on the swim deck and around the dock. Enjoy quiet evening and morning walks with ease.
Grocery, fuel, and fresh produce stand are right up the road. You don’t have to go far for just about anything you could need or want. I live on site above the rental and am usually on site to help with anything that you need. Please note that i do have two dogs and a cat on the premises in case you are allergic. The pets occasionally frequent the Suite during cleaning and maintenance but not regularly. Please see house rules for more details.

Great quiet area

A perfect place to relax!

We had a wonderful time at this property over the weekend! We were looking for places at the last minute when our vacation was cancelled and the Owner was extremely responsive. The suite is perfect (clean, fully equipped, and quiet). The hot tub was perfect in the evenings and we enjoyed kayaking on the quiet cove during the days. We would definitely come back and would recommend to others!

The perfect stay

We had such an amazing time in the cozy sunrise suite. Rod was so accommodating, helpful, and easy to communicate with. It was the perfect place to stay with our newborn baby while we enjoyed the Ozarks. We can’t wait to come back down to really take advantage of all of the amenities that they have to offer. Perfect Lake Getaway

The pictures don't do this property justice. Everything was perfect, all the little extras were thought of. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating, but unintrusive. Check in and out was seamless. Will definitely be back again!

Can’t wait to go back!

This was an awesome property! It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The dock and accessories kept us busy for hours! Rod greeted us when we arrived but gave us our privacy during the stay, but we could contact him if we needed anything. It was the best little get away for me and my new husband, we will probably return in the future. It’s also in a convenient location close (with in 10-15 min) to grocery, restaurants and gas stations.

Cozy lakefront suite

Overall this place was great! The water is right there with access to plenty of toys to enjoy yourself. They are shared with the bunkhouse, but there's plenty to go around. The only thing that would have made our stay even better would've been the hot tub. Unfortunately it was cloudy when we areived and needed to be drained and refilled, but Rod was very responsive and did what he could to get it foxed for us.

Cozy Sunrise Suite

Everything was perfect. The host provided us with everything we could possibly need and more. They were very friendly and easy to talk with. We had plenty of privacy throughout our stay but the hosts were always readily available if we needed them for anything. My wife and I enjoyed several easy going, good conversations with the hosts. We will definitely be trying to come back again next year!

Wonderful time!

This is a wonderful place to stay. The cove is great for swimming. Both adults and kids loved the water toys - especially the lily pad. The kids also had a blast on the paddle boards and our youngest fished off the dock. There were lots of nice seating teas to enjoy the outside. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. The hosts were on site and friendly, but gave us plenty of privacy. They checked on us when a storm rolled through to make sure we were all okay. The unit is clean and nicely decorated. It has all the incidentals you will need. Would definitely stay here again.
