  • This unit has just been COMPLETELY remodeled and everything is BRAND NEW! This one bedroom, one bath sits lake front with an AWESOME view of the lake. You can walk out your door and only a few steps to the pool! So, come and enjoy our beautiful newly furnished condo while sitting on the patio and enjoying the views of the lake.
    Fully stocked kitchen for all your BBQ/cooking needs.
    The master has a King sized bed with access to bathroom from the bedroom. The sofa pulls out into a Queen sized bed for your kids or another couple. The kitchen is beautiful and is fully equipped for all your cooking/BBQ needs. The nice size patio has an electric grill and comfortable furniture to enjoy.
    The living room has a big screen TV to watch all your favorite shows or sport events and an AWESOME rock electric fireplace for those cozy fall/winter nights.
    The complex has a lot to offer: Tennis courts, heated lakeside saltwater pool, coin laundry facility, and boat ramp and trailer parking on site. It is located close to many attractions including the popular Outlet Mall, go karts, miniature golf, movie theater, many golf courses, grocery stores, restaurants and hospital.

    NEED MORE ROOM: Inquire about our other 2 units - all close together! We also own C204 right across the hall.

Fantastic location at a quaint condo

Golf getaway

The property was very clean. The water pressure in the shower was great and the bed was very comfortable. We were close to golf courses and restaurants. We always make a trip to On The Rise bakery and restaurant for an excellent breakfast. Nice trip

Great Get-away

We enjoyed our time in this wonderful condo. Very clean and i read review previously. Im a box fan person so we brought that and didnt hear upstairs noise at all. Great location hit some fabulous resterants and did some shoping along with pool time !

Great location/ great condo. Hope available when we return in June. Been staying at Baymont on our monthly visits from May to October to lake. Much prefer this! Only downside is cancellation if weather isn’t good for boating

Great Getaway

Loved having coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise. The unit is clean and cozy. Kitchen has everything needed to cook if not dining at one of the many great restaurants. Plenty of washcloths, towels, kitchen linens, soap, etc. Will stay here again. Host is readily available to answer any questions!

Mother’s Day at The Lake

Balcony great. Living room adequate. TV poor picture quality. Could not hook up my Apple TV. Bathroom rugs filthy. Bedroom small but bed ok not bad but hurt husband’s back. Parking not handy. Best part was sitting on Deck. Perfect weather for 3 days.

Great Visit, but some suggestion

The Condo was outstanding. It was very clean and the location and views were great. We have a couple of suggestions to make it a little more convenient and comfortable for the guest. Hooks and shelves in the dining room, bathroom and bedroom would be nice. A coffee table / ottomans for the living room. A curved rod for the shower curtain would make shower much roomer. The king size bed is nice but overwhelms the bedroom. A queen would fit better and make it much easier for the guest to maneuver around the bedroom. The condo was really very nice and these are just suggestion to make it even nicer. We will stay here again, if they will let us.
