10MM Lake Getaway - 3 Br, 2 Bath - Franky & Louie's Cove!
- Conveniently located in Sunrise Beach off Lake Road 5-41 (less than .5 miles from the intersection of Hwy 5 & F) at the 10MM. On same lake road and in same cove as Franky & Louie's Beachfront Bar & Grill, which is a fun place to hang out with or without the family. Franky & Louie's has a sand beach, live music, volleyball, arcade and good food. Boat, wave runner and paddle board rental available here too.
This house has 2 levels. The upstairs has 3 Queen bedrooms, 2 with sliding glass doors opening to the lakefront deck, and a full bath. Downstairs is the living area, spacious fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, laundry room, and sliding doors to the patio. On the patio there is a gas grill, patio furniture, and a glider.
There is a boat ramp on same lake road and the dock has two slips. The dock also has swim platform and storage closet. BIG NO WAKE COVE with deep water.
