"The hotel is absolutely top-notch, and the staff were brilliant throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful, which made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Although the spa facilities were not available during our visit, the overall experience still made it more than worth the trip. The quality of service and atmosphere really stood out. "The hotel isvery easy to gettofrom the A4 and the ring road to. Dont be put off that its close to the motorway and a big truck stop, you dont here it hardly at all. The only thing i would say to traveller from other countries is bring your power adapters. My room had not asingle USB socket apart from the tv. So be prepared for that. The restaurant served excellent food and the service was superb. The bathroom was great with a double length shower and everything you need except a tooth brush. I travelled there on my motorcycle and had no issues parking it or with security, but do lock it regardless "
