"Tranquil, beautiful, and high-end. We enjoyed our weekend at Aethos Saragano so much. The rooms were gorgeous, the restaurant was incredible, and the staff were kind and helpful. All around an amazing experience. "

Breakfast ok but excellent croissants and coffee! One of the reasons we picked this hotel was the laundry service which was advertised on hotels.com. No laundry service was available. "

"This is a rare find; a 13th century castello, lovingly restored and converted into comfortable and atmospheric apartments. There are magnificent views across Umbria. You are within reach of Spoleto and Foligno. Only problem; finding it. I strongly suggest that anyone booking it should make sure they get a precise map, because it is in the middle of nowhere. Worse, the map given on the hotels.com page puts it in the wrong place, (there's a cemetery there instead) which cost me 45 minutes of...

"WOW! What an amazing place! So much beauty, history and breathtaking landscapes. Anastasia and Stefano are incredibly warm and welcoming, they made us feel like family. The rooms are spotless and the attention to detail is second to none. You can feel the passion that has been put in to every inch of the Borgo. A visit to the spa is a must - a truly relaxing haven. The pictures do not do it justice, you must visit to understand the beauty."

"Marianna and Pierpaolo were excellent hosts. Communication was great and they shared local favorites from nearby towns. They both took the time to get to know us and we would have pleasant conversations daily. Daily breakfast was fresh and prepared for us. Location was central to visit multiple Tuscan towns and wineries. I would definitely come back! "
