Nice people. Great location. They were very accommodating and the gym is really perfect. I got the single room and my expectations were not high. But they exceeded them and the staff works hard to accommodate you.

Overpriced and lacking character

We were there for Carnavales and wanted the proximity to the events. This is not a 5 star hotel. The room was comfortable,but it was not clean. I had to contact the front desk. The building is worn out and needs updating. There is no casino and you have to go outside to use the pool and fitness area which are disappointing. The dining room is plain. The bar was either closed or had a private party. The staff is polite but not friendly. I have stayed in 3 star hotels with more character and nicer staff. I will not stay here again. Overpriced.
