"The staff was exceptional and literally assisted us from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. A special gratzie to Paola for her knowledge, time, and care. Fresh water bottles were given every day which we have not found to be standard practice at other hotels, so was greatly appreciated. The reception staff, Francesa and Bernadetta, suggested wonderful restaurants and facilitated the arrival transportation from the airport and departure support for our rental car to set us on our way to enjoy the rest of our tour around Sicily.
