"Was there for 5 nights in October. Still very warm, air worked great. Spacious and tasteful decor. While I don’t cook while in Italy, there were dishes, fridge and counter/chairs for snacks, wine and contemplation … Can I live here forever? Because of gated courtyard, it was quiet and I felt like a local. Lovely neighbor who I would see around town. Seriously loved every moment 🍷❤️🇮🇹"

"Overall we had a nice experience and the ultimate location was pretty good - easy access to all sights/sounds on Ortigia island and also an easy walk back to the mainland. However this was my first experience where I did not get my property access details in the promised 24hrs before the allowed check-in time through the Expedia website - I waited a few more hours and then decided to reach out to the provided mobile number via text. After no reply for 3 more hours I then called and nobody...

We found it perfect for our needs (great bedroom and kitchen and an awesome rooftop patio and upstairs living room). The owner Stefania was really friendly and was extremely helpful. Overall this is one of our all-time favourites. "

"Heaven in Ortigia! Carmelo was so kind and responsive. We loved every minute in this thoughtfully appointed, spacious and welcoming home. The location is ideal, with easy walking access to all of Ortigia’s beautiful sights and restaurants, as well as very easily accessible to Siracusa and the train/bus stations by cab (5 minutes, 15 Euro) or foot (15-20 mins). We will always remember our magical stay in Ortigia and we can’t wait to come back to Apollo House. Grazie!!"

She provided us with all the information we needed and even help with arranging parking, local tours, and dinner reservations. I would highly recommend booking here if you want to stay in the heart of Ortigia. "
