"Always a great stay"

"Very comfortable hotel, spa was well furnished and quiet. Was a little dismayed to have a staff member open the door to the sauna and give a 5 minute lecture on the need to sit on towels while using it, towels were all brown from the benches afterwards. Excellent breakfast and outstanding shower. Rooms were a little hot and some air con would have been nice. Staff were very friendly and efficient. "

"Wellness Area in the 4. floor with view over the Baltic sea. short distances to center , beach , and shopping area.. I was given a room at the back of the building, at the end of the hallway, where there were Wi-Fi problems. They were able to help me with the Wi-Fi issue. No water dispenser in the wellness area."

"I have stayed at the Am Kai 334 a few times due to work, biggest mistake I made was informing my work colleagues how convenient it was to stay there and be able to walk to our work vessel on new change day, as they started to also book rooms, leaving me to search other alternatives. The rooms are immaculately clean, and have the best showers I have ever used. The staff are very helpful and resolve any queries you may have on booking a taxi, shopping areas, local restaurants etc etc. The area is so quiet I have the best sleep ever."

"Except for the check in, the staff is not friendly. The paid garage for parking is too far, especially inconvenient in bad weather."
