Villa Fiorentina and the Trabocchi Coast

A former farmhouse that has been home to seven generations. The property offers many unique features: tranquility, privacy, and relaxing areas where you can follow the rhythms of nature and listen to its melodies—such as the flapping of a bird’s wings in flight and its song. Excellent natural exposure, both on the southeast side with a wonderful view of the sea, and on the northwest side where the horizon offers evocative glimpses of the nearby mountain peaks: Majella and Gran Sasso.

The building is laid out as follows:
The basement features a garage area, a cellar, an outdoor shower, and a parking area.
The ground floor houses the apartment used as a private residence.
On the ground floor (with a front porch) is the apartment used for tourist rentals. It consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a half-bath, a full bathroom, and a master bedroom (with a balcony).
In the living room, there is a staircase leading to the attic, which sleeps two, and from there you can access a panoramic terrace where you can enjoy a breathtaking view.
The living room opens onto the house’s rear terrace (north side),
where you can admire the spectacular centuries-old olive grove on the property and the nearby mountains: Maiella and Gran Sasso d’Italia.
From the front porch, on the other hand, the view looks out towards the sea, the Maiella, the hills in front, and the rest of the olive grove.
Guest Access
Our most welcome guests can enjoy both the front of the building—which features a large open area where they can easily park their vehicle and head towards a promontory offering a wonderful panoramic view—and the rear, an area nestled within the property’s garden and olive grove.
Other things to keep in mind
The listed price includes all items mentioned and all utilities: water, electricity, gas, heating/air conditioning, and Wi-Fi.
Upon check-in, only a fee of €35.00 is due to cover the property’s management and routine maintenance.

Check-in is also possible at times other than those listed (at no additional cost), provided prior arrangements have been made between the parties.
