"The room was extremely hot. The AC only works when outside temperatures raise above 26 degrees, but since the afternoon sun hits a side of the hotel, not even leaving the windows wide open would help to cool down the rooms on that side."

All the staff were polite, friendly and helpful and the entire stay was very easy. The location of the hotel was excellent for sightseeing in Vienna as most major sites could be reached on foot."

"We found the room to be unclean. The carpets are filthy and need replacing. I was thankful to have slippers. The walls and doors were dirty. Especially bathroom door. Closeness to the train station was a plus."

"The room was big enough to allow access from both sides of the bed but was fixed against the wall, not helpful. Items in kitchen area were in very high cupboards that an average woman of 5’ 2” could not reach. A couple of coat hooks in long cupboard by door would have been of benefit. But overall very good. "
