"The open buffets were excellent. Accessibility to the amenities was excellent. The beach area was well kept. We enjoyed playing tennis on the clay courts. The staff was friendly and courteous. The only addition that we would like is to have a designated walkway to the villas. "

"A really nice resort, great layout. It was busy, but you never really felt overcrowded, except at the main restaurant and pool. Cons: people reserving sunbeds, though we always manage to find at least one. Rude guests - the staff work so hard and are really attentive, it was a shame to see how rude some 'entitled' people can be. No pool slides - we did know this and it would have made the pool area more rowdy, but my teens got a bit bored after a couple of days. Sea - lovely space, plenty of beds, great bar/restaurant, but the water can be so choppy. Some waves could take you"

"On arrival the receptionist didn’t know where we had booked , I had printed off the booking information but this didn’t seem to help , We had to spend the first night in the wrong accommodation however manager in the morning gave us the correct accommodation "

"Loved the location - right on the river with two large lovely pools and lots of little secluded areas around the hotel to relax, sunbathe, read a book. Loved the grounds themselves, full of beautiful plants and flowers. Breakfast was quite nice, not the best you'll ever have but wasn't bad. Two bug bears were - no iron (and couldn't borrow one either) and extortionate charge for late checkout (£44 for 4 hours). Having said that, would still go back again (taking a travel iron maybe ha ha)"
