We spent most of our time on daily hikes and day trips-- the hiking is challenging and highly worthwhile.The town has two small groceries open every day and a couple of shops open only on the weekends. The bakery is open daily and highly worth a visit. Rekkedal farm up the road is open for dinners two or three nights a week. A car is a necessity-- the ferry is about a mile down the road.The home is absolutely stunning--...

You can not ask for better views and the home owner went above and beyond for us when we ran into probelms with our travel plans and she allowed us to extend our stay by two nights.
