Mit einem einminütigen Spaziergang über eine Treppe sind Sie weg von der Straße und haben einen Panoramablick auf den Lago Maggiore und die Berge in der Ferne. Casa Rondinella ist nur wenige Autominuten von Locarno entfernt, es gibt eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt.
Casa Rondinella hat fast den ganzen Tag Sonne! Alle Zimmer haben einen Ausgang auf die Terrasse und in den Garten, der über Liegewiesen verfügt. Dieses schöne Haus besticht durch seine Aufteilung - alle Zimmer, Terrassen und der Garten befinden sich auf einer Ebene.
Bitte beachten Sie: Casa Rondinella ist nur über eine Treppe erreichbar.
