"First of all the hotel is not perfect. But, in last 9 years we have been there roughly 10-11 times. So, we like it. It's compact, quiet and comfortable for a vacation with children. City of Zalakaros is small and very nice place in a beautiful nature. They are organizing many programs during the whole year, to feel you better and enjoy your holiday there. You will find activities in the surrounding by walk or by bike. Balaton is just a short trip by car. "

"Frühstück war soweit ok, den Kaffee konnte man nicht trinken und wenn man Cappuccino haben wollte kostet es extra. Heizung war nicht an und kein Monteur in der Nähe, also blieb es kalt. Ganz frech war, das sie die Unterkunft schon 1 Tag vorher abgebucht haben ohne uns Bescheid zu sagen und am Abreise Tag nochmals. Wir würden stark überlegen ob wir da nochmals übernachten würden.
