Very Nice House

We stayed during 3 nights and the experience was fantastic . The check in process was to late, due some issues that we had, and the flexibility from the owner was amazing. The location of the house is perfect with a short 5 minutes walk to the beach Calla Ginepro and calla liberotto. The house itself is absolutely fantastic! The interior is great but the exterior space was amazing to chill after a good day on the beach. Absolutely to repeat

Nice house with AC, beautiful garden ( with a private small playground for children). Check in was very easy. Various beaches within 5min with a bike. I would definitely recommand it!

pro:- angenehmer Aufenthalt mit eingeschränkten Blick aufs Meer- sehr sauberes Haus- sehr ruhige Lage- sehr großzügige Terrasse und Steingarten-Landschaft- alles vorhanden was man sich von einem Ferienhaus wünschen kann (speziell auch in der Küche für aufwendige Essen)- sehr kurze Wege zum Strand/Supermarkt (mit dem Auto)con:- zu Beginn, muffiger Geruch im Haus, den wir loswerden konnten mit Lüften- unklar bei der Buchung ist, dass dies ein Doppelhaus ist. Dadurch hört man einerseits die Nachbarn (andere Urlauber) und diese können theoretisch auf die eigene Terrasse schauen

Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist ruhig. Das Casa Niperu hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Pavillon, von dem aus wir das Meer sehen konnten. Wir haben jede Mahlzeit draußen eingenommen. Die Außendusche war perfekt. Der Kontakt zu Olivia war über WhatsApp immer einwandfrei. Vom Ferienhaus gelangt man schnell mit dem Auto an schöne Strände. Die kleinen Buchten Sa Prama und La Mattanosa haben uns besonders gut gefallen (5 min. mit dem Auto entfernt). Beim Ferienhaus ist zu beachten, dass es eine Doppelhaushälfte ist. Man hört die Nachbarn durch die Wände. Da wir meist den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, war das für uns nicht störend. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Sardinien.

Wohnung sehr schön. Leider waren wir mit dem Check in absolut nicht zufrieden. Auf mehrmaliges Anfragen wo das Objekt und die Schlüssel sind, haben wir erst am Morgen der Anreise die Infos erhalten. Wir hatten zu diesem Zeitpunkt schon nach Alternativen gesucht. Was nicht einfach ist während der HS. War sehr stressig. Objekt selber ist aber schön

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable et merveilleusement décorée. L'extérieur spacieux et la vue sur la mer juste magnifique. Nous avons dîné tous les soir dans le jardin, aucunement tentés par les restaurants avec une telle terrasse...Les quelques fois où la chaleur a été trop importante, la climatisation s'est avérée très utile. La localisation est au top et permet de visiter facilement la région. Je déconseille la plage la plus proche, Cala Ginepro à tous ceux qui n'aiment pas la foule. Elle est située en plein camping et les animations y sont très bruyantes. En revanche, nous avons trouvé une petite calanque vraiment pas loin, la Mattanosa, parfaite pour faire du snorkeling et admirer les poissons multicolores...Merci à Olivia pour sa gentillesse et sa confiance. Nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de la rencontrer, mais la communication par messages a été impeccable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung für vierköpfige Familie

Wir waren begeistert von der Unterkunft. Sehr sauber, schön ruhig gelegen mit Meernähe. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man benötigt (Kochutensilien, Geschirr, Handtücher und auch eine Klimaanlage was bei den heißen Außentemperaturen perfekt war) Im dem großen Garten konnten die Kinder schön spielen. Das Auto konnte man direkt auf dem Anwesen parken. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Traumhaftes Haus, großartige Gastgeberin

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Ferienhaus rundum genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, modern eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann. Zwei Klimaanlagen sorgen auch an heißen Tagen für angenehme Temperaturen. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet – ideal, wenn man gerne selbst kocht. Die Betten sind bequem, und der schöne große Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die wunderbare Kommunikation mit Olivia: alles verlief super unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und beinahe schon freundschaftlich. Nach unserer langen Anreise wurden wir mit einem liebevollen Willkommensgruß empfangen – ein wirklich schöner Start in den Urlaub!

Sehr schönes, sauberes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Super Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin! Küche perfekt ausgestattet! Gute Wandermöglichkeiten & schöne Strände in der Nähe. Die Wand zum Nachbarhaus ist nicht schallisoliert, aber das für uns kein Problem. Kein Schrank bzw. Regal im Kinderzimmer. Von daher ein ideales Haus für ein Paar oder eine dreiköpfige Familie. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke Olivia!
