Just a five-minute stroll to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets, it’s set in a quiet neighbourhood close to everything, only 15–20 minutes by car to Finikoudes, Mackenzie Beach, and Larnaca Airport. Relax in the private garden or on the front veranda, with free private parking included. Perfect for couples, friends, and families - the idyllic base to unwind and explore the island.
A private parking space is available directly outside the property, and additional cars can enjoy free on-street parking. Bus stops are conveniently located on the main road opposite the beach, just a short walk away.

Your stay includes reasonable use of the AC, appliances, and lighting, with an allowance of 25 kWh per day. Any usage above this will be charged at €0.40 per kWh, payable on departure.
To help avoid unnecessary energy waste, please, switch off air conditioning units when not in use, ensure both AC units, appliances, and lights are turned off when leaving the Guest House.
Lock-Out/Key Policy - guests are responsible for their keys at all times. A €30 call-out fee applies if you lock yourself out. Lost keys will incur a fee of €30. If a key is left inside the lock on the back of the door, a locksmith will be required. The locksmith’s fee will be charged at cost (based on their invoice), and a receipt will be provided.
