"Nice hotel all in all. We were with two small children and stayed 2 nights, unfortunately our room wasn't cleaned, and also no water was provided. when I had to walk to the reception to ask for water late at night as we ran out. They mentioned the person who can bring it will only get back in half an hour (was surprised the receptionist didn't just go to the bar to bring us bottles of water as I mentioned we are with small children)
Was already too late and I felt it was ridiculous waiting 30 mins for water, I ended up just buying overpriced water from the bar, I mentioned the experience while checking out to a manager or shift manager (unsure) she was very nice about it and gave us a voucher for the bar. Pool towel policy is way too strict and hard to understand why (we didn't bring 1 towel back which was in our room and they were fussed about it), again, while the towel girl sees us with 2 babies. Might have been unlucky timing with staff. Overall expected much much more from Radisson and a rather expensive hotel"
