A modernized boutique classic 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, across the street from the beach with a beautiful balcony to enjoy the ocean view. The pool is outside the front door in the courtyard with BBQ grill and patio sets.

The unit is fully stocked with all kitchen tools and appliances, a coffee maker, towels, blankets, and the beach gear you may need. There is a coin laundry located beneath the nearest stairwell.

The beach in this area is not usually busy but more of a local and residential spot.

The Worlds Most Famous Beach aka Daytona Beach is about 25 minutes South and the Flagler Beach Pier is to the North. Enjoy the many restaurants within driving distance.

We loved our stay not only could we watch the sunrise from our balcony, but we loved the pool being right at the front door and the beach just across the road! When we come back to Daytona we will be staying again, we had lots of fun for my birthday week.

Enjoyed our stay. Complex is small and well maintained. Easy access to beach. Ocean view from South Bldg was great. Will definitely return. Hopefully next time for 2 weeks!

Very Nice Beachside Condo

Clean, well-equipped condo just across A1A from the beach. Ocean view off the balcony and beach accessories (chairs, towels, etc.) are provided. Full kitchen and TV service/wifi is excellent. Pay laundry (bring lots of quarters) in the building.

Very nice!

My husband and I spent 4 weeks at this property. It is just as shown in the pictures. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the walk to the beautiful, uncrowded beach took 1 minutes. The owners are very kind and easy to work with. As we left we spoke with one of the owners and she was very nice.

Quaint beach condo

Great beach condo. View of ocean from balcony. Easy walk to beach. Wonderful hosts. If you forgot something, chances are there is an extra there! Pool getting resurfaced (early June 2020) but looks like it will be done soon. Would definitely book again!

Very nice condo. Very clean. Everything we needed to cook. Pool was awesome. One minor negative was one sliding door in each bedroom was off track and could not be used. We will keep in mind for our trip next year.

Hidden Gem at Ormond beach

My son and I came to Ormond Beach to visit family. Found this rental online and it was a great decision to book it. The Court of Palms complex is well maintained and clean. Same for the unit we rented. The location is amazing if you are looking for a quiet getaway walking distance to the beach. The best thing about the location is that it is calm and peaceful but so close to many restaurants and fun activities. Daytona beach has so much to do and just a quick ride down A-1 A. When you’re ready to retreat from the hustle and bustle of Daytona you take the short ride back to the tranquility of Ormond by the Sea! Highly recommend this place.

Quiet, not busy location

My family and I had a great stay here. The condo is modest but functional. Good, comfortable beds. View/sound of the ocean from the patio. There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer in the unit and the bathroom is quite small. The pool (pretty small) is literally right out the front door. We thought it was heated when we booked but it wasn't - not a huge deal but a small disappointment. The beach is about a 2-minute walk and is by far the least busy Florida beach we have been to in our 20 years of going on spring break. Each day we went, there were 4-5 other parties spread out within 200-300 yards from the beach access point. It's not the beautiful white sand that's found in other spots but it's still very nice. There's not much nearby in the way of restaurants. One local place is about a half mile north of the condo. Otherwise, you have to drive south a few miles to find more options. The owner provides many things that are a bonus... toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, beach chair, boogie board, beach umbrella.

This was our second stay at this condo and we had just as much fun as the first. The location is perfect - so close to the beach! The rooms are well furnished, kitchen is well stocked with not only plates, cups, etc, but also small appliances. Beds are comfortable and linens are plentiful.

This properties is one of our favorite places to stay in Ormond. Location is great easy access to the beach. I am pretty sure setting on our balcony we seen dolphins everyday. Just overall beautiful place would stay again and again

We stayed for the weekend to visit some family. I've always stayed in Daytona but wanted to be closer to family so we decided to stay in Ormond. We were not disappointed!! Very clean, very quiet and everything we needed was supplied! We will definitely stay here again!! Ormond.

Weekend Getaway

Very nice condo! Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Loved being able to walk out to the beach at night and see the crabs. Short ride to Daytona to Ebike and drive on the beach. Great food and mini golf. Location, cleanliness, and comfortable Condo. Would definitely book this location again.
