Third floor oceanfront studio. Just steps away from the beach. Studio is located in a quiet, safe 33 unit boutique resort. Watch the sunrise from your private balcony. Spend your day watching the ocean from the balcony, enjoying the pool, or relaxing on the beach.
Fully stocked kitchen. Why go out to eat every nite when you can cook your meals here? Studio has just been remodeled.

NEED A STRESS-FREE GET AWAY? RELAX AT THE BEACH OR POOL AT OUR SUPER CLEAN DIRECT OCEANFRONT STUDIO!
Efficiency studio with all amenities.
Maximum of 3 people in this unit (2 adults and one child) Renter must be atleast 23 years old per Condo Association Rules. queen size Murphy bed, with a new memory gel mattress. Futon opens up to a full size bed. Use it as a comfy couch with the ottoman, or slide the ottoman under for extra room. Or put it flat to make a full size bed. On site parking, private WIFI, cable TV, and phone service included. Small pool on property. Pets are NOT allowed.NO SMOKING in the units.
Self check-in with key-pad. New hotel style inside security door latch just installed for your safety.
This studio has direct beach front views and is 389 sq ft. The building has wooden steps to the beach directly in front of this unit. Whether you look left, right, or straight ahead the ocean is what you see. Don’t be fooled by misleading ads. There is a limited number of units in the building (12) that have balconies that directly face the ocean, and this is one of them! Don’t be disappointed, If comparing listings, always ask if the unit is DIRECT VIEW OCEANFRONT. Why look at the ocean from a side balcony, when you can rent the real thing! Besides linens and bath towels, Beach chairs, beach towels, beach tent, beach mats, and a beach umbrella are included in unit for your exclusive use. 10x10 canopy available upon request(stored off property). In addition to cable tv, HBO/Max (just added 8/22), Netflix, Prime channels, and Pandora available. We intend to provide you with the best rental experience possible!
We don’t utilize a property management company. We want your experience to be personal and perfect, so we are directly involved in all aspects of our rental property. We have a Minut, a excessive noise monitoring system (measures decibels not conversations). Smart lock with your own code for access to your studio. Contactless check-in. On -site security. Property mgr has security camera at entrance to parking lot, and at pool area. Event rates may apply during 'raceweek' and 'bikeweek.' Please contact me for any possible modified 'event' week dates you would like, either longer or shorter. Bikeweek requires minimum of 4 nites. This requirement is negotiable. Discounts available for monthly stays.

We had a wonderful time at the Oceanfront Studio . The condo had all the utensils that you would need on a vacation. The condo is very neat and clean .The kitchen had all appliances you need in a kitchen . The Wi-Fi was great too. The views were spectacular from the balcony . We love the Ormond Beach area and Oceanfront Studio !

Perfect space

Very clean property. Super easy check-in process, excellent communication with the hosts, perfect location. Hospitality and thoughtfulness was beyond anything we have received before when booking a vacation. We came for the Welcome to Rockville festival in Daytona but wanted to stay away from the crowd. We will definitely book this unit again given the opportunity.

Wonderful accommodations at Ormond Beach

The property was very well maintained and had everything we needed. The view of the ocean was spectacular. The property manager was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this for those wishing to be in a nice place with a close view and sound of the ocean waves.

Can’t Beat the View

Tasteful studio with fantastic ocean view from the balcony. Kitchenette with everything you need. Easy parking and an elevator. The hosts are very thoughtful and easy to communicate with. Close to restaurants, stores and Publix.

Quick getaway

Owners were very responsive. Enjoyed the easy, keyless check-in process. The unit was really nice and loved all the small details. They thought of everything that visitors may need and more. We loved spending time on the balcony, I would definitely recommend this special little place.

So great we had to come back!

Jim and Sonya are amazing hosts. Hubs and I came here last year and enjoyed it so much we wanted to bring our baby girl back with us. Jim and Sonya were as thoughtful to bring us sand toys for our girly to enjoy on the beach…and she did! They think of absolutely everything to make your stay as relaxing as possible! By far the cleanest, most well-maintained unit we have stayed in. Nicely appointed with special touches and thoughtful provisions. Excellent communication with owner and more "extras" than you could imagine. Booked another stay for next year before we left. A+++++ accommodation!

On the Beach

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The balcony looks right over the beach which was great to sip coffee and enjoy the beautiful sunrise. The unit was well equipped and included even spices and vinegars to use. Notes and labels made the stay even easier. Owners quick to respond if you have any questions. Definitely recommend.

A room with a beach view

This is our second time staying here and it was so wonderful just like last time. The place is very clean, the view is unbeatable and the attention to detail is next level. Enjoying the beach with Lilli💕

This adorable beach front condo is perfect!You need it, it’s there!! I took my 12 yr old granddaughter this time and she loved wading in the water and picking up shells. What a view!!!

We had an amazing stay. The place is small. Yet the use of space is great and it has everything you need and so well thought out. They even left us a bottle of wine that was waiting for us when we got there since we said we were coming in to celebrate our anniversary. Woke up this morning and watched the sunrise from the deck and watched the dolphins playing in the water. We will have great memories of being here.

Amazing hospitality and gorgeous view!

We have stayed at quite a few VRBO’s but none with hospitality that matched this stay! The host went above and beyond the usual complimentary shampoo and conditioner. We were treated with all the complimentary toiletries we could possibly need, snacks, and even a bottle of wine with our name on it! In addition to their top notch hospitality, the quaint and cozy condo was very clean and has a beautiful ocean front view! We saw dolphins playing in the surf both evenings and mornings. This stay could not have been more pleasant…and did I mention the view?! Absolutely stellar! Will definitely book again!

Vacation

it was a beautiful place absolutely loved the condo balcony was a plus sit on it for hours and enjoy the view of the ocean. The owners couldn’t have been any better or nicer than any enjoy the most wonderful time not we lost power, but the owners were so wonderful to bring a lantern over and it came back on during the night and then the next night we lost cable service and Internet service but thanks to my phone and my iPad. We had my hotspot and we watched it on my movie on my iPad.

Very clean and well maintained property. The balcony overlooks the beach, ocean and pool. Everything you need for a beach vacation is there or within walking distance. Great restaurants nearby. Also caught a night rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center from the balcony!
