We like this place
The condo has everything we need for a Florida vacation. It is very clean and has nice ocean and river views. The location is great. We like the restaurant list in the welcome book. We went to two of the restaurants, they both were really good, we went to the third one, Aunt's Catfish without a reservation, the waiting time was too long, so we gave up.

Amazing Condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was even better than the pictures portrayed. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed…all too often that is not the case for rentals..we greatly appreciated all of the amenities. The complex was quiet and the other occupants were friendly. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay in the Ormond/Daytona area.

Fantastic and Clean!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is just perfect. It is right outside of the Daytona crowd which is what we prefer. The view is amazing, and we enjoyed sitting on our balcony watching the sunrise and sunset. The most important thing is that is was very clean! I felt comfortable the entire stay. Thank you!

This property is exactly as shown and listed. The location is perfect and the view is unbeatable. Lillian, the owner, was rrsponsive, kind, and so easy to work with when a minor issue came up with the garage door opener. I would love to go back!!

Wow, just wow. This place was immaculate and had pretty much anything you could need, from coolers to sun hats. The kitchen was well stocked and it had everything you could need.If you are looking for a place away from the crowds this is it. Easy access to the beach and a Publix across the street, what more could you want.

Awesome Condo with Amazing View!!
This condo is perfect. I spent the week working and visiting friends. The view from all windows is amazing. This is an end unit which gives you views from 2 sides which is great. The condo was very clean and organized well. It is true to the pictures. The updates are modern and tasteful. In a perfect location. Lillian was excellent to work with.I definitely recommend this condo and will be staying again.

Blew me away!!!
The condos are call the Seawinds for a reason, Lillian’s condo absolutely blew me away! I never want to stay in a hotel room again. The place was beautiful, it had all the amenities I needed and the host was always available if needed. I wish I was staying here for pleasure and not work but trust me I took advantage of the incredible balcony overlooking the ocean. If you want an amazing stay with a streamlined check in and out process look not further!

Amazing, well kept and beautiful piece of Paradise. Condo is all updated, decorated perfect for the beach feel. Condo has everything you could ask for. Incredible view of the beach. Nice walk way to beach from pool. Nice spot to access stores, restaurants etc. Quaint, adorable and high recommended! There are not words perfect enough to describe how wonderful this place is. Simply Beautiful!
Everything about this condo was spectacular - the unit, the location, the views, I don't have enough time to say all the positive things about it but if you're looking to book a beauty, this is the one! The condo has everything you need to have a comfortable, ocean-front stay. My boyfriend and I booked for Daytona Biketoberfest and were pleased to have the underground garage parking for our motorcycles. The unit was extremely clean and very well-organized. Lillian was an absolute sweetheart and very responsive. The view of the ocean from the balcony was breath-taking and when I wasn't riding my motorcycle, I was sitting on that balcony soaking in the beautiful beach. Highly recommend!

Very Nice Property
This is a well maintained Condo Building and Unit. Outstanding views, quiet part of the beach and a very big condo at 1200 square feet. Master bed and bath were excellent. Queen Bed. Great shower. 2nd bedroom, I was told by my son, had good beds as well. Great Kitchen and appliances. Couches are a B to B- but you are not going there to sit in the condo. Nice TV and easy to access internet and stream TV at night. Very nice balcony. Not cramped. Excellent views. Great communication and the condo is very easy to access at sign in. I would definitely stay here again. High recommendation.

We just returned from a week’s stay. The condo is beautiful- immaculate, updated appliances, and gorgeous views! The beach is beautiful and felt very private. Lillian was very helpful and responsive., We will definitely stay there again if we visit the area in the future. Thank you!
