Great Condo and Private Beach

Very Enjoyable Stay.. One of the cleanest places I've stayed at. Plenty of amenities for a great beach vacation. Awesome private beach.Would definitely recommend staying here.

A simple, clean condo within walking distance to the beautiful beach. Relatively quiet and comfortable property with the slight quirk of feeling more like staying at someone else’s vacation home rather than a vacant guest property (lots of toiletries etc). Basic provisions were provided as we are used to with most VRBO properties plus helpful beach extras. Very responsive kind host! Beautiful beach.

Perfect getaway!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect being close to so many areas to explore. We loved the short distance to the beach and that we could just head out for fishing anytime. Comfortable space in the condo. Would rent again!

Visiting Family in the Area

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was spacious and we loved having a second bedroom for our kids to sleep in. The condo is a quick 5 minute walk to a beautiful private beach. We will definitely be coming back.

Ormond trip

My son, grandson, and myself came down to visit our family. Had a great time. Place was wonderful and perfect for us to have family over. I was able to prepare meals and take out menus were provided which was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Favorite Beach Condo!

Fully stocked condo, in safe & quiet neighborhood! Kathy was extremely accommodating, the beds were comfy, and we would definitely stay here again. The kitchen has everything you could need, and we were thankful for the extra beach amenities as well!

We loved staying here. There was plenty of space and useful amenities. Pool and beach great. Quiet and secluded. Liked being away from things, yet one day we didnt have a vehicle and couldnt walk to any restaurants, but got delivery.

Great Place to Stay

The condo was updated, spacious, and very clean. Kathy is a great host! The location of the condo is convenient - less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 20 minutes drive to Daytona if you want some nightlife. The pools associated with the condo were very clean and well-maintained. We had a great time. Will stay here again!

Great Stay

Very friendly willing to help tenants. Perfect location to shops,site seeing,resturants. Great view for rockets launches. No hidden surprises. Kathy was a great host. Everything Was Great . The kids enjoyed the pooled and being able to commute to the beach in such a short time . The house was decorated perfect made me feel like I was home away from home , Ms Kathryn was also great . Great communication will definitely love to visit again

All though we had a short 3 day stay the apartment was really nice. Thank you for letting us use your home. If you are looking for a quiet out of the way place we definitely recommend this to others for a stay. The beach is just across the road. 😎

Wonderful location

We loved this stay. Unit was spacious and just lovely. Beds were comfortable. The reason I gave 2 star on communication was I tried to call number on VRBO for hostess and number was disconnected. All in all it was so nice. Pool was freezing water.

Very nice condo. Nothing great about the exterior but the interior was thoughtfully renovated and nicely decorated with premium appliances. Great location close to Daytona Beach without the hustle and bustle and noise of the downtown. Easy instructions and check in/check out was a breeze. Definitely will be favorited for future trips to the beach.

Great condo, private quiet beach

The condo is great, as described and pictured. It is about a 5min walk to the beach, just across the parking lot and street. We enjoyed staying there. The beach is private and quiet, great if you want to relax. Communication with the host was great. Kathy is so nice and considered. I hope to return! Thanks Kathy.

Cute little condo!

My girls and I stayed for a weekend and enjoyed being across the street from the beach! The private entrance to the beach was so amazing and secluded. We had the beach completely to ourselves on one day! The condo was clean and had plenty of great amenities. I even enjoyed a little cocktail day of! The owner was incredibly responsive when I had trouble accessing the property! Overall, great location and area!
