"The house exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed- towels, blankets, beach chairs, kitchen items, Netflix, nearly on the beach, garage parking. It was perfect for anniversary weekend trip. We had great meals at Margarita island and Alexander’s Prime. Took the fitness hike at Riverbend Nature Park. Went to Herman and the Hermits concert starring Peter Noone at the Ormond Beach Performing Arts Center. Great trip!"

"Overall we had a lovely experience, there was plenty of room for all of our family, the kids loved the pool and the beach access was our favorite part. We had a few plumbing issues and one was taken care of quickly, the other we had to wait until Monday, so we were not able to use the kitchen sink or dishwasher as it was backed up and leaking on the kitchen floor and the bottom floor below. That was fixed on Monday and we had no further issues. We didn't use the grill until later in the week, but my husband mentioned that it was not cleaned and we ran out of propane, we finished our meal on the stove. The only other issue we had was finding the 5th bedroom. On the description, it said 2nd floor guest room and we looked everywhere upstairs and down and someone finally went out to the garage and found it on the other side. All in all we had a wonderful time on the beach making memories."

"Loved the convenience of having a full fridge and stove and couch sitting area! The pool was great except the pool heater was not working so water was cool . Excellent location right on the beach! "

"Our two-night stay was great. Beach was great with hardly anyone thete and pool had easy access. Location was very quiet. Bed was a little firmer than what Im used to but overall great place and we will be back!!!"

"The property was a bit on the older side but had very comfortable beds. The TV in the living room was excellent. The two recliner rocker chairs were the best part about our relaxing time. It was quite and close to everything we needed in the area. The host was very accommodating with suggestions and advice."

"House is a mess. Screens on the door and windows are torn. No secure area for sleeping. Owner lives on the property and there is no secure door between his room and the rented space. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with owner. House smells and feels disgusting. Do not stay!!! Do not stay if you have children. We walked in. Turned around and left. "

"The pictures online didn't do the backyard justice. It was so nice and spacious. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The house was so spacious it was perfect for my mother in law as she is in a wheel chair. Very nice neighborhood."
