Lower level offers a den with sofa bed and 3 more bedrooms. 2 with Queens and 1 with 2 twins. Magnificent landscaping with specimen trees, plants and rock walls. Your own private steps to the sandy shoreline of Town Cove's water. Perfect for paddle boarding, and kayaking. Air conditioning throughout. Outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Gas outdoor fire pit with seating area on lower patio to finish off the evening.
