Privately sited on a cul-de-sac and convenient to Orleans Village and Nauset Beach, this 5-bedroom oasis offers superb interior living space and inviting outdoor enjoyment areas. The modern floor plan integrates the cathedral living room with a spectacular Thermador-equipped chef's kitchen centered around a substantial custom island. The first-floor primary suite has a king bed and a luxurious bathroom. A second bedroom on the main level has a queen bed.

Upstairs are two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins. There is a shared full bath up here as well. A second stairway accesses an additional private bedroom suite above the garage. This room is spacious and features a king bed plus two twin beds.

The resort-like, fenced yard area includes a new 18x38 inground saltwater gunite pool with sun deck and auto-cover, a sunken hot tub, a fire pit and an expansive patio. The pool house offers a 1/2 bath, outdoor shower and kitchenette. This beautifully composed, classically New England home exudes warmth and character for your vacation getaway in Orleans.

Lovely rental property

We had an amazing time in Orleans despite tricky weather! The house and surrounding area were in meticulous condition and provided everything we needed to relax and forget about the hustle of big city.
