    This quaint cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood in desirable East Orleans and is a short walk to preservation land and a salt water bay worthy of kayaking. Bring your bikes for a fast 10-minute ride to Nauset Beach or your kayaks for unending exploration in Town Cove, Mill Pond and access all the way to the Atlantic Ocean. The cottage has plenty of space for a small family with three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, dining area, and cozy living room for TV watching and board games. The kitchen is on the smaller side, but sufficient for meal prep. Most importantly, you’ll have a large outdoor deck on which to enjoy beautiful summer evenings, as you grill up fresh seafood, juicy burgers or local produce from nearby Nauset Farms market.
