Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort
Staff didn’t clean fully, and the room smelled musty. The towels didn’t get changed and the blankets plus mattress were hard and one bed even had a hole. Plus the room service/staff take 30-1 hour to arrive even after repeated calling them to hurry.

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area
The water park was over crowded and not worth it. The flamingo pool and hot tub was great. The room was dusty and tons of light bulbs out. One night they forgot to close down the pool and guests were there until after midnight making it hard to sleep.
