• Maximum occupancy: 16 guests (including children and infants)
• Rental agreement and guest list required before arrival
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home or game room

Optional Add-Ons
• Pool & Spa Heat: $35/day
• Spa Heat Only: $25/day
• BBQ Grill (includes propane & cleaning): $50 per stay

A solar cover is provided during cooler months to help retain pool heat overnight.

Resort Parking & Express Gate Entry
Emerald Island Resort charges:
• $10 + tax per vehicle if purchased before arrival
• $20 + tax per vehicle if purchased upon arrival
Purchasing before arrival saves 50%.

Dog-Friendly
We welcome up to two well-behaved, house-trained, non-shedding dogs with owner approval. Pet Fee: $100

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any pet-related damage. Dogs must remain leashed outdoors and confined to one area if left unattended.
