Perfect location for a family vacation. Especially if you are heading to Disney or Universal. Also within driving distance from some fantastic beaches. This home is very spacious, so my family of 6 pluses 3 relatives were able to stay all under one roof comfortably.

Stepping into this 6-bedroom villa at Paradise Palms Resort is like finding a slice of heaven in Orlando. It's perfect for big families or groups, offering a sweet mix of togetherness and private chill-out spots for large groups of guests. We liked this Place because Prime Location:** Disney World and Universal Studios are just around the corner. Disney-Themed Rooms: Add a sprinkle of magic to your stay. Easy Clubhouse Access:A relaxing boardwalk stroll away. Awesome Amenities:Luxurious clubhouse, massive pool, spa, and more for all ages.

We had some travel issues but the property manager was helpful and easy to communicate with through our changes. Great area. Clean. And an awesome set up for my family visiting Disney. Wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the pool!

The home is lovely, comfortable and has everything you need for a good vacation. It is decorated just as in the pictures. The rental office is very accommodating. We had a wonderful vacation and we would return to this property again. Also, the weather was perfect for our visit to Universal.

We had a big group (6 adults, 3 kids) for a weekend getaway in Orlando! The home is HUGE! Enough space for everyone, kid friendly, and stocked with everything you need to enjoy a meal at home. We spent majority of our time outside by pool and hot tub. It was very clean and we would most definitely stay there again! Close to grocery stores, restaurants and Disney!

The house is great and we had a wonderful time there. We were a party of 11 and had plenty of space. Kitchen is perfect for cooking. Great location for Disney... Universal is a little more of a trek but nothing that was too big a deal. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to vacation in the Orlando area.

The house was located so close to Disney and was so easy to navigate to and from. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The house was spacious. Dream kitchen!!! Wish there was more seating in the living room for the number of guests. Amit, thank you for sharing your house with my family for a great vacation.

Plenty of room for 6 golfers. Everything worked well. Had to buy bar soap, liquid soap, dish washer soap, grill lighter, coffee filters, salt and garbage bags. We would return next year but our group is usually 8 golfers.

The house is fully equipped and quite comfortable. There is plenty of room for a large family. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all terrific, spacious and very comfortable. TV's throughout the house and a pool table in the garage. We were not there long enough to make use of the pool and hit tub but that area looked terrific and would be lots of fun to enjoy. The house was very clean. This property is highly recommended.

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. There was 13 of us there to celebrate 40th Birthday and visit Disney parks. The house was very clean and spacious. We really enjoy the private pool and the hot tub. Specially after day long adventure at Disney parks... Since its proximity to Disney parks its almost like staying onsite Disney but much more cost effective :-) and still have all the fun ... The kitchen was well stocked, there’s plenty of towels for everyone. The owner was very easy to work with and very responsive. We will definitely be back.

We rented this villa for a second time and were not disappointed. Disney is a 10 minute ride. This is a great house for a large family we were 6 adults and 4 children and had plenty of room. The community pool is fantastic for young children. I would recommend this house and will likely stay there again in the future. Thanks for everything Amit once again you did not disappoint.

The pictures do not do justice for the amazing size of this beautiful home. The themed rooms are an added bonus. The Harry Potter room is not for muggles. The kitchen easily accommodated a buffet spread for the holiday. Multiple bathrooms provided the much needed privacy afterwards. The heated pool and a couple of games of beach ball volleyball provided the best way ever to end the day. I would highly recommend this home for families and adults.

Took our first combined family summer trip this year August 2020. We stay at this property. It was absolutely amazing and Amit was definitely a Super Host. Very responsive, accommodating, and understanding. My family enjoined every seconds and was not ready to leave. House just as great as the pictures. We will be rebooking for next year. We just spent 8 days at this lovely, comfortable home. The house was spotless and everything you need including a highchair and a playpen for infants was available to us. We were 6 adults with 4 children and did not feel cramped at all. A short walk to the resort pool where the children spent hours in the pool. Disney is no more than 15 minute car ride, grocery store, restaruants, shopping are a 5 minute car ride. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a vacation home close to Disney. Thank you once again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious villa! It is very exceptional home to spend quality vacation. We arrived on the 7th of June 2015 and left on the 14th of June 2015. The villa is extremely spacious, clean, and furnished neatly and tidily. We had everything we needed and the kitchen was fully equipped. The heated pool & Jacuzzi were amazing and spent hours swimming even when the weather was cold! Very close to shopping plaza as well as the highway. I loved the Webers grill and the Curved Ultra high definition TV … decided to buy one for me, I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a wonderful time. We would definitely stay at this property in the future.

This was our first VRBO experience and we were nervous about what would happen. The experience was great and we'll definitely do it again. This property was well maintained and a pleasure to stay in. We traveled with 11 people and comfortably fit into the space. The pictures are accurate and the owner is a super nice guy. We had some brief confusion at check in due to some old instructions from VRBO but the owner responded within minutes of the call and resolved the issue. In addition to the rental (and the pool it already has), it provides access to a resort community pool and bar which was well maintained and fun to hang out at if you wanted to hang out at the bigger pool. It's also very close to Disney and the surrounding theme parks. Overall, i would recommend this property and would likely rebook again if my family is in the Orlando area.

The home was beautiful and the televisions were top notch! I had to call maintenance for a few minor things but they responded quickly. One thing we were disappointed to find out is that it cost extra to have the hot tub actually heated... I guess that is a known thing in Florida but since we are not from there we were definitely surprised to find out it was an extra cost. I would highly recommend this house for sure especially if you plan on relaxing and eating your meals at home. (If you are busy planning a Disney/universal trip you won't be able to enjoy the home) The owner was fantastic to communicate with. Any questions I had, he responded promptly and with the appropriate answers.
