"The dryer took about two hours to dry anything. The hallways were dirty and never vacuumed. The elevator in building 3 was terribly slow and the lack of food options isn’t appealing for the price of the facility. "

"This hotel was beautiful. All the staff was very friendly and price was reasonable. The room was very clean, pool area was very nice and relaxing. The only negative I have is that we selected late checkout for our leaving day and the communication between staff was not the greatest because they came to our room 3 times expecting us to be checked out when we had clarified that we wanted late checkout. Beside that we had no issues at all. Would stay here again :) "

"Beautiful, clean, and tidy; the staff were very friendly and competent. The rooms and the pool were superb. The only drawback—which they really ought to address—is the need for more staff at the entrance during check-in; there was only one person on duty, and I believe that having two people at the counter would help expedite the check-in and check-out processes. "Breakfast being included is such a wonderful treat. There was a selection of scrambled eggs everyday, pork/turkey/veggie sausages and a rotating item like breakfast potatoes or corn beef hash. Also, mickey waffles. Mmmmm… A person during our stay commented that they also used to have gluten free pancake batter available but no longer do. There was also a variety of cereals, muffins, bagels, yogurt, etc We also ate at the food places on site - we ordered mozzarella sticks, a cheese burger, chicken fingers and fries. All were great. The rooms are spacious and clean - no moldy showers or sheets. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are top tier. They were super helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The front desk people were patient, kind and informative. We love that you have access to all the pools as well. Such a nice perk. We didn’t use their charter bus service as we didn’t go to the park. Overall we had a great stay and I’m sure we’ll be back. Hotels.ca didn’t specify but it is a $50 per night deposit when you stay - so take that into account even if you prepay your stay. "
