Windsor Islands Resort New Townhouse Vacation 5Bdrm

Enjoy your home away from home while you and your family visit the great amusements of Orlando. This brand-new townhouse has 5 bedrooms, including one for the kids. There is a complete kitchen, with dining area and a BBQ for outside food fun. Not only will you have a private pool, the gated-community boasts a pool and recreation center for your use as well. I do not currently reside here, so you will have the entire place to yourselves. All parks are less than 8 miles away

In addition to having access to the entire home, the clubhouse offers a cafe, pool with slides, water feature, spa, lazy river, gym, playground, tennis court, mini golf, volleyball and basketball courts. The resort is close to a variety of restaurants and shopping options.

Great Host

Great location close to the clubhouse with pool and putt-putt as well as many other amenities. Jenny responded very quickly to all my questions. Pool at unit is without heat so it was too cold to enjoy. It would probably be warmer on the summer. Tank of gas should be complimentary instead of having a $30 charge, but other than that all was good. Thanks for everything Jenny

If you’re ok with a million rules then this is the places to be lol

The home was very clean & stocked very well. There were so many rules which is understandable to keep the home clean. I didn’t like that fact that we couldn’t check in early not even an hour, I thought that was ridiculous but no biggie I guess! The club House requires you to write down your credit/debit card info to enter which is even more ridiculous because this day & age why would anyone do that. But overall the kids enjoyed themselves & as I said before the home was clean & very well stocked! My host was pretty fast with the responses although I thought she can be more a little more pleasant. Oh yea I almost forgot the area is up & coming so the stores in the area the prices are very high & the attractions are at least 30 minutes away if there is no traffic! Wait one more thing be prepared to bring/buy your own tank for the gas grill lol

It was very clean, plenty of space for the 6 of us, Resort was extremely busy and could not get any lounge chairs, but it was spring break

Spring break vacation April 2023

Overall rental was in a great location and well stocked. The unit was spacious and clean. The 11 yrs olds loved the house pool(we spent alot of time at the house pool). We really enjoyed the two living rooms which allowed for multiple families to enjoy space. The immediate action needed with the bugs that are able to get in the unit through the doorways. There were ants and millapedes in the whole lower area. They were biting our feet when sitting watching T.V. and crawling all over the counter. I feel this is an easy fix if they spray the unit. The community pool area was very disappointing as they are only open from10am-6pm and they're extremely ridged about no outside drinks or food including snacks of any kind. We bought a few drinks from inside the pool area and they were extremely weak. Stick to beer. You are not allowed to bring in any music and there is very little chairs for sitting. If you are not there by 9:40am waiting for it to open, you will not get chairs. This results in other guests getting hostile with the chairs, and people taking your seats when in the lazy river to long. We spoke to the lifeguard staff, and if you leave towels only there is a chance your seats will be taken. I would recommend this house as it was very comfortable and spacious.
