* Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed in designated parking areas; towing
will occur at the guest's expense for violations.
* No parking on grass or sidewalks.

* Guests must bag trash in 14-gallon bags and place it in the
designated bin by 9 am; loose trash will not be collected.
* No daily housekeeping service is provided. A thorough cleaning is
conducted before check-in, with clean sheets and towels available.

Use of Amenities

* Pool heating is optional and must be requested 48 hours in advance;
pool heater may not function in cold weather, and refunds will not
be issued for temperature issues.
* BBQ rental is available and optional.
