Beautiful house in a great area

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It has everything you need for a comfortable vacation stay. The house was clean, the kitchen has all the necessities, and the game room was a big hit!

Amazing Stay at Windsor Hills

We had a fabulous time at this vacation rental. The property manager answered every question very promptly and was very gracious. Everything was as described, but even better in person. It was much larger than photos showed. Hot water with good pressure. We loved the game room, so much fun, especially for our teen. The heated pool was great when we came back from the parks. The gated community was very upscale and nice. We didn’t have time for anyof the amenities, but they would be great

Do NOT Rent this house!

This house was not portrayed correctly. Major problem is this house was FILTHY!!! The kitchen had dried food and crumbs on the kitchen table, the kitchen floors had dirt and dried food on them. The rug in den had food crumbs all over it where it had not been vacuumed. The bathrooms were disgusting, had mold in the shower and around the sink drains. Along with hair on the shower floor and in the sinks. The one bathroom shower floor was black from dirt that wasn’t cleaned. They had to send someone out that evening to re clean the whole house.We had 7 people and were only given 7 towels and 4 wash clothes for the week. The pillows on the bed were 1” thick if that and we asked for different pillows and were told no. So we had to go to Walmart and spend 40 on pillows to be comfortable for the week. There were no blankets in the house for the beds only sheets and bedspreads. Which the bedspreads had stains on them and we didn’t want to use them. They only supplied a half a roll of paper towels that was in the kitchen when we arrived, and no extra toilet paper. We had bugs in the kitchen which looked like ants, that covered our food and we had to throw There were no pot holders, told not essential. Burnt our hands getting pans out of the oven using a towel. The pool light didn’t work, pool was dark at night and my son skinned his back up bad running into the step on one end. Was told to use the patio light which didn’t help,pool was still unsafe to swim. This house is AWFUL!!!!
